PawGuest gives a safe and warm answer. While you are away, your cat or dog stays in the home of a Pet Sitter whose identity and address have been verified — like part of the family.
What we do
- Verification: Pet Sitters upload identity and residence documents; no listing goes live before our team approves them.
- Listing review: Home details, photos and prices are checked before publication.
- Secure payment: Payments are taken through PayTR; the Pet Sitter is paid after the stay is completed.
- Contact protection: Phone numbers and addresses are only shared once payment is confirmed; questions are asked on the platform.
- Genuine reviews: Only pet owners with a completed stay can write a review.
