How it works

For pet owners

1. Sign up with your name, phone and a password; confirm your phone by SMS.
2. Introduce your pet with species, age, vaccination and health details.
3. Find a Pet Sitter by province, district or on the map; compare dates, prices and reviews.
4. Ask questions on the listing page. For your safety, contact details cannot be shared.
5. Send a booking request. The Pet Sitter approves it or proposes other check-in/out times.
6. Pay securely by card. Refund amounts for cancellations are shown in TL before you pay.
7. The stay. Once payment is confirmed you see the Pet Sitter’s phone and address.
8. Leave a review to help other pet owners.

For Pet Sitters

1. Activate the Pet Sitter role and accept the agreements.
2. Upload your identity and residence documents — used for verification only.
3. Create your listing with your home, accepted pets, prices and calendar.
4. Wait for approval while our team reviews your listing.
5. Answer requests and approve the ones that suit you.
6. Get paid weekly to your IBAN for completed stays.
