Reviewed listings
Listing texts, photos, prices and home details are checked before publication, and changes to a live listing are reviewed again.
Contact protection
Until payment is confirmed, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, street addresses and social media handles cannot be shared — our system blocks them automatically, so your payment and cancellation protection stays on the platform.
Secure payment
Your card details are never stored by PawGuest; payments are taken on PayTR’s secure page. The Pet Sitter is paid after the stay is completed.
Genuine reviews
Only owners with a completed stay can review, once per booking. Inappropriate content can be reported and is checked by our team.
Before the stay
- Keep your pet’s vaccination and health details up to date.
- Write food, medication and routines clearly in the booking note.
- If anything unexpected happens, call our customer service straight away.
